Challenge
Sending past-due notices to customers was a time-consuming, manual process that required careful attention to detail to ensure they received payments.
Solution
A past-due invoice triggers a multi-step Zap. The workflow adds the invoice to a Google Sheet, double-checks that it needs a notice, and sends a personalized email with the invoice attached.
Results
The workflow helps collect over $150 million a year in revenue. “Our Customer Service reps have said that our customers now chase after us to pay their invoices, rather than us chasing after them,” Tyler said.
One workflow to automate an entire business-critical process
Challenge
The Arden team spent more than three hours per day on the mailing requirements for legal notices and other correspondence.
Solution
When a user sends an invoice listing report via email, a complex automated workflow is triggered. The process handles everything, from formatting data to sending the letter to print to collecting proof of delivery.
Results
Removing 15 hours of work per week, the 12-Zap workflow takes manual work off their plate and allows the team to consistently stay on top of mail requirements.
